Didn't even get my haircut before I was super disappointed. I've never been to a sport clips before, so I didn't know how it worked. I checked in online. I walked in, and a stylist said welcome sport clips, but that was it. No one offered me help (there was a stylist just finishing with a customer at the counter), no one offered to check me in, no one said anything to me about the kiosk. I didn't realize I had to check myself in at the kiosk until another customer walked in and I saw him do it. I just stood there awkwardly. Then I was extra mad when the guy that walked in after me got called up first. I stick to Great Clips where they actually help their customers.
